The Field Capture Technician Assistant supports field operations by assisting with laser scanning, equipment setup, and data collection. This role also includes light administrative and business support tasks to assist in company growth and project execution.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with setup and operation of LiDAR scanners and field equipment
  • Transport and organize equipment for project deployment
  • Support field data capture activities following structured workflows
  • Ensure completeness of scans and assist in quality checks
  • Upload and organize project data in cloud systems
  • Maintain file organization and assist with documentation
  • Support lead generation efforts and CRM updates
  • Assist with basic outreach and proposal preparation
  • Perform general operational and administrative support tasks

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification:
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Preferred Qualification:
  • Interest in construction, engineering, or technology
  • Experience with tools, equipment, or field work
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets, email)
